Costs We we will contact you to confirm your order, your address and the best possible delivery date and time. You will receive the name of the trucking company, their contact and routing numbers. Trucking companies estimate their delivery times. Most of the time they are right on the money but sometimes stuff happens. Almost anything is done to get your order to you in a timely and efficient matter.

Someone will check the status of your order and respond in a timely manner.Payment & Sales TaxSteele Wrought Iron accepts MasterCard, Visa, personal checks, money orders, and cashiers checks. At this time, we do not offer C.O.D. terms. Returned checks will incur a $25.00 charge for handling. All orders require a minimum 50% deposit at the time the order is placed, with the balance being paid at the time your order is released and is ready for shipment.Steele Wrought Iron is not responsible for collecting or submitting sales or use taxes for any state other than the State of Colorado. A sales tax of 6.7% will be charged on all Colorado orders. SHIPPING & RETURNSOrder TrackingWhen your order ships you will be provided with a tracking or pro number and the name of the shipping company.All large or heavy items will be shipped via common freight carrier. In these cases, you will be contacted by the shipping company to schedule a delivery appointment. If you would like to track the progress of your shipment, feel free to contact us at 1.970.308.1791 Shipping & DeliveryWe utilize Fed-Ex, UPS and The U.S. Postal Service for all smaller item shipments. Signatures will not be required unless requested. Larger items are shipped via common carrier (freight) trucks direct to the curb of your residence or building (within the continental U.S. only). ** Please Note: Freight service is curbside only. That is one way we keep our freight charges to you so low. The truck line's delivery obligation is to bring the shipment to the address of record. Any service beyond this, such as offloading the boxes or bringing it to your door or lobby, may entail additional charges which you will have to pay to the trucking company yourself. Refused ShipmentsRefused shipments are costly. We will invoice 50% of the order value for re-stocking plus the cost of the round-trip freight. (This does not include damaged shipments)Damaged Shipments"We work hard to package your orders securely, accurately, and completely. When your order arrives, be prepared to open the cartons and inspect your shipment. Any damage should be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery. After you have noted the damage please refuse the damaged pieces. If the damage is not noted at time of delivery you may face significant delays and additional expense to correct the damage.Next, please call or email us to notify us that you need to file a damage claim. We will do our best to resolve the situation for you as quickly as possible. All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original condition, and must include all packaging materials, and accessories. Please ship your parcel back to us prepaid and insured by UPS, Federal Express, Parcel Post or by the manner in which you received it. We can not accept C.O.D. shipments. Premium finish items (items ordered in any finish other that the standard finishes) and non stock items that are returned will require a 15% re-stocking fee.
